Watch YouTube offline in the Philippines!

The YouTube app will have a new feature in the Philippines. The feature lets you take videos and watch it later even when offline. In the YouTube app, tap the offline icon to select the video for offline viewing. Videos taken offline can be played back without an Internet connection for up to 48 hours. Worry not about slow connections!
